Shipping within Switzerland

We currently ship within Switzerland only. All orders are carefully packed and shipped by our partners at the Züriwerk Foundation, a social enterprise in Zürich that creates meaningful work opportunities for people with disabilities. Please allow 4–6 business days for delivery after your order is confirmed.

Because we work with a social enterprise, we can’t match the speed of large fulfilment centres—but we believe the slower pace is worth it to support a great cause.

We ship via Swiss B-Post. If you need your order urgently, simply email us and we’ll do our best to help.

Shipping costs: CHF 9 flat rate. Orders over CHF 150 ship free.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Returns

We hope you and your little one love your HoLM THINGS pieces! But if something’s not quite right:

• You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
